Return Conditions

  • Reason for return

Return Shipping

For returns caused by personal preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For customers in supported regions, we may provide a local return address to make the process faster and easier.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
